Are accessories included with the clothing auctions?
Unless specifically noted in the auction, accessories are not included.

How does feedback work?
Once you have received your item and leave feedback, we will gladly do the same. We consider the transaction concluded once we receive your feedback. Many times we do not know if you have received your item and are happy with it until you leave us feedback, in fact we are set up to leave you postive feedback automatically once we receive yours! We do not leave feedback upon payment. Please contact us with any questions or concerns before leaving feedback.

PAYMENT:

When is payment due?
Payment is expected within 7 days of auction end. If payment is not received by the 7th day, a Non Paying Bidder Alert will automatically be filed with eBay. If payment is not received by the 10th day, you will receive an “unpaid item” strike on your eBay account. This will result in the item being re-listed and appropriate feedback will be left. If you have any problems please let us know as soon as possible. We are always willing to work with you as long as we know what is going on.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We prefer Paypal but we will gladly accept Money Orders or Cashier Checks. We do not accept personal checks and we do not recommend sending cash. Our mailing address is provided on the eBay invoice.

RETURNS:

Do you accept returns for items that do not fit or that I do not like?
We strive to accurately describe every item in detail, we cannot stress enough that you should check the actual measurements. You should NEVER go by the Labeled size or Fits Like size. That said, we want you to be happy. We understand that while it may look great in pictures it may not look as you hoped it would once you try it on. Please contact us within 3 business days explaining the problem. If you need an exchange and we have the stock to exchange for you we will happily do so for the cost of shipping once we receive the item back from you. If we don't we will be happy to give you store credit good on future purchases with Earl Jeffreys (not including shipping). In the event that we made an error, we are human afterall, we will refund your purchase price including shipping.

SHIPPING:

How much do you charge for U.S. shipping?
Shipping charges for the United States are stated in each listing. We offer flat rate shipping with a little bit added on to cover the cost of packing materials. We DO combine! See below for more information regarding out policies on combining purchases.

How much do you charge for International shipping?
International costs are fixed as well and are provided in the listing. We will combine International shipments as well (see below for details). We ship via USPS and we provide accurate information on the customs form. We mark the form as Merchandise with the cost of the item as listed when purchased / won. We will Not mark the form as gift. If that is a problem for you please do not bid on our merchandise.

How fast do you ship after payment is received?
We usually ship auctions the next business day after payment is received and cleared, occasionally it may take up to 48 business hours but that rarely happens. We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays. That said, we are human and very occasionally there are delays. We will let you know if there will be a longer delay as soon as possible.

Do you combine shipping on multiple wins?
Yes, we are happy to combine shipping to save you money! But in order to combine auctions they must ship within the same package. If you win multiple auctions we will send you an invoice with the combined shipping cost. Please do not use Ebay check out until after all auctions you would like to combine are completed. Payment must be made within 7 days of the close of the first listing won (auction or fixed price).

What is the shipping cost for combined auctions?
We will charge the highest shipping fee plus $2.95 USD for each additional item.

Insurance is optional. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items during shipping.

Can I have my auction shipped to a different address?
If your positive feedback is 20 or higher, we will ship to a different address provided you put the address you would like your auction shipped to in the SHIP TO area when you pay via Paypal. If paying by check or money order – please put in the address you would like your auction shipped to when you check out via Ebay.

Will you ship to an unconfirmed address (via Paypal)?
If you are verified (via Paypal) we will ship to an unconfirmed address for auctions up to $50.

Do you allow local pick-ups?
We do not allow local pick-up.
